Why you should get an engineer to install your gas hob

Installing a new gas hob can be a fiddly job. You need to prepare the countertop opening, make the right gas and electrical connections and finally position and test the new hob. And since the job involves working with gas, it can pose several safety risks.

Our Experienced Gas Safe Registered engineer will do a thorough health and safety assessment and turn off your gas supply. Next, we will remove the old hob and prepare the surface and appliance enclosure for the new fitting. WE will remove all obstructions and connect the gas supply to the new hob. We will check for gas leaks, install and seal the new cooktop and do a final round of testing before we leave.
